We use Express Shipping for all orders. Items will be delivered within 3-5 business days (for US domestic) after production is completed. Shipping fees range from 12$. Specific details can be found below in the Delivery Time Frame section.
Production time takes 2-4 business days before shipping.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
If the product is defective or arrives significantly late (more than 3 weeks due to our fault), we will issue a 100% refund of the product’s value.
Since this is a personalized product, we cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind or dislike the item after receiving it.
